Gilani's Restaurant

Gilani's Restaurant is a long-standing eatery inside the Gilani's Supermarket complex on Club Road in Nakuru, with its own entrance separate from the shop floor. By day it works as a busy cafeteria where Nakuru residents drop in for tea, snacks, fast food and quick lunches, while evening diners tend to order from the à la carte menu.

Part of the dining room, known as The Magic Carpet, once ran as a separate fine-dining restaurant and still offers a quieter, more intimate setting for family dinners or a night out with friends. The kitchen covers breakfast, fast foods and mains, with a strong line in Indian and Asian dishes such as chicken tikka masala, methi chicken and Mongolian-style stir-fries, alongside familiar Kenyan favourites.
