Naivas Supermarket

Naivas is a Kenyan supermarket chain and one of the country's best-known retailers, with its head office in Nairobi and 114 branches across Kenya. It started in 1990 as a single shop in Rongai, Nakuru, grew as Naivasha Self Service Stores and took the Naivas name in 2006.

Naivas stores stock a wide range of groceries, fresh produce, bakery and deli items, household goods, electronics and general merchandise. It pioneered the Food Market concept in Kenyan supermarkets in 2018, bringing fresh-food halls into its stores, and also runs smaller Express stores for quick convenience shopping. The chain opened its 100th outlet in 2023 and continues to expand.

Customers can shop online through Naivas Online for delivery in about 60 or 90 minutes, or schedule a delivery for later. Shop or find a branch on Naivas Online, or call customer service.
