Kicheche Bush Olare – Tented Camp in Olare Motorogi

Kicheche Bush Olare is a low-impact tented camp in the heart of the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, a 35,000-acre wilderness bordering the Masai Mara National Reserve in Narok County. It is one of the Kenyan-run Kicheche safari camps.

The unfenced camp has five standard tents and one family suite. Each has an en-suite bathroom with hot and cold showers, eco toiletries made in northern Kenya, fans and a yoga mat, and in-tent massage treatments are available. WiFi reaches every tent, and an open-sided dining and lounge tent looks over the plains.

Olare Motorogi has one of the highest densities of big cats in Africa and more than 300 bird species. Game drives start right from camp, vehicle numbers are kept low, and the wildebeest migration passes through in season. The conservancy is a partnership with more than 300 Maasai landowners.
