Muthaiga Golf Club – Golf Club in Nairobi

Muthaiga Golf Club is a members' golf club in the Muthaiga area of Nairobi, proudly known to its members as the "Home of Golf". It combines Kenya's long golfing tradition with a modern 18-hole championship course, and it is regarded as one of the most prestigious and challenging courses in the region.

An extensive reconstruction of the course, completed in 2002, returned Muthaiga to prominence as one of the finest courses in East Africa, with some of the fastest greens in the region. As it approaches its centenary, the club continues to host competitive golf alongside social activities for members and their guests.

The club employs a team of about 120 staff across golf and course operations, administration and finance. It is funded through sponsorship, membership entrance fees and annual subscriptions, with entrance fees used for new projects.
