Turkenya Tours & Safaris is an IATA-accredited travel agency on the third floor of T-Mall, Nairobi West, along Langata Road. It has been trusted since 2009 and lists Nairobi, Mombasa, Dubai and London among its bases.

Air ticketing is the core of the business. Turkenya books wholesale fares on more than 30 airlines, including Jambojet, Kenya Airways and Emirates, for individuals, families and companies, and reports handling around 650 flights a month.

Safaris are the second pillar, with over 300 trips a year. The agency also arranges car hire, hotel bookings, international and pilgrimage tours, conferences and MICE, airport transfers and logistics and cargo. Clients describe their trip and an agent sends a price on WhatsApp; it never auto-quotes, and bookings can be tracked online.
