With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Radhika started her career as an Investment Consultant at Deloitte before moving to BlackRock, the world's largest Asset Manager, where she helped people make the right investment decisions to grow their money. She will walk us through her career journey, including her role as an Institutional Relationship Director at BlackRock Asset Management, where she worked with large pension schemes to distribute investment solutions that addressed financial challenges.

Radhika was also selected among 25 female founders in Africa for ‘The Future is Female Mentorship Program’. During the session, she will discuss her experiences and insights on financial literacy and education, hosting seminars, roadshows, and campaigns to increase financial literacy.
