We are looking for a Travel and Ticketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with airlines and agents for ticket bookings and issuance. Additionally, they will ensure that flight and travel arrangements are done efficiently and handle cancellation, re-issuance of tickets, refunds, and rescheduling of travel for clients.
As the Travel and Ticketing Officer, you will be required to check the availability of flights and fare rules to ensure that clients are advised accordingly. You should have the ability to use e-ticketing systems, prepare travel quotations for clients/organizations, and create and advise clients on their itinerary.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have a Diploma in Travel and Tourism Studies and at least one year of experience in the international/domestic ticketing business. Knowledge of tours is an added advantage. You must be able to work well with e-ticketing systems and have good IT, organization, and planning skills.
