B. Job Description
• Contribute significantly to the creative process of project design. • Collaborate with Design Principals and project teams to advance project design. • Advocate for project design goals and design priorities within the project team. • Possess familiarity with architectural, technical, engineering, and sustainable design requirements for projects. • Complete design deliverables and develop design work plans. • Have proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit Architecture, BIM, 3D Max, and Adobe Photoshop for Architecture. • Thoroughly familiar with international design codes and standards, consistently seeking professional growth in the industry. • Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment to produce integrated project documents, ensuring an integrated design approach and solutions across various departments within the firm (e.g., Structural, Architectural, Surveying, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.). • Present design work effectively using graphic, oral, and other media to colleagues, clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities. • Prepare design work for marketing and public relations purposes. • Attend meetings and presentations with potential clients as needed. • Generate materials for and support Project Strategize organization and filing. • Promote a design-oriented mindset on projects and contribute to the firm's design culture. • Prepare for and actively participate in Peer and Design Reviews.
C. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Environmental Design with a specialization in architecture. A master's degree in architecture is preferred. • Seven (7) years of experience in architectural design, including innovation and renovation of public buildings, commercial buildings, residential villas, landscaping, interior design, etc. • Four (4) years of experience involving the supervision or technical oversight of architectural construction projects. • Proficient in computer skills and applications. • Mandatory fluency in English language.
