Coordinate marketing efforts to meet new business targets.
Handle new business inquiries, manage the quotation process, and follow up with clients/branches.
Propose measures to enhance the agency's competitiveness to management. Business Retention:
Propose risk surveys and recommend premium discounts for low-risk accounts.
Monitor customer service satisfaction closely to ensure renewals are secured.
Negotiate renewal terms well in advance in collaboration with the Business Development Manager and send formal renewal confirmations to the operations team.
Prepare monthly business performance assessment reports, including data on business acquired, lost, and sources.
Maintain and update business progress reports regularly. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from a recognized institution.
2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the microfinance or banking industry
