We are looking for a talented and creative designer to join our team as a Creative Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a variety of digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, branding materials, websites, social media graphics, and advertisements. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the creative team.
As a Creative Designer, you will be required to have a minimum of two years of experience in graphic design or creative design, excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client or project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for creating design concepts, sketches, and prototypes using software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You will develop visual identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and other brand assets.
The successful candidate will work with the digital marketing team to create visual concepts for campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, web graphics, and digital content. You will develop infographics, diagrams, and illustrations that explain complex ideas and data visually appealingly. You will design various print and digital media such as brochures, flyers, packaging, websites, mobile apps, social media graphics, and advertisements.
As a Creative Designer, you will be creating visual content for video and animation, including storyboards, character designs, and motion graphics. You will collaborate with copywriters, UX designers, and other creative professionals to ensure a cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints. You will stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital marketing tools, and make recommendations on how to integrate them into campaigns.
In this role, you will be reviewing and analyzing design performance metrics, such as click-through rates and engagement rates, and adjusting designs accordingly. You will be managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
