We are seeking a Dairy Production & Management Trainer who can train and educate individuals in the dairy industry. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in General Agriculture and possess additional credentials in this field, which would be an added advantage.
As a Dairy Production & Management Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training on the procurement and quality of raw milk. You will be expected to train individuals on the proper collection and cooling of raw milk, as well as educate them on the production technology of milk products. Additionally, you will be required to provide guidance on the marketing management of small-scale milk production.
In this role, you will be expected to conduct one-day field visits to assess the training needs of individuals in the dairy industry. Therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
