Net Scaling Solutions is seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to maintain and support the company's desktop and laptop systems and printers. This position requires experience in desktop support and administration, strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software, and familiarity with networking concepts. The Desktop Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights, and providing technical support to end users, including training and guidance on software applications.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields, COMPTI A A+ certificate, and experience with Windows operating systems. In addition to these qualifications, the candidate should be able to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on desktop and laptop systems, and conduct research on software products, services, protocols, and standards to support procurement and development efforts.
The position offers competitive pay with a potential starting salary of $50 a week and paid holidays. Work is 100% remote, 8 hours a day and the probationary period is 3 months.
