Objectives: • Generate new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure closure of deals. • Lead the development of new-business proposals and presentations, fostering partnerships and nurturing opportunities. • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline aligned with short/medium/long-term targets. • Analyze new-venture integration, develop strategies and positions, and support the implementation of marketing strategies. • Motivate the team, monitor performance, and report metrics.
Responsibilities: • Articulate the value of Echotel through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with C-level executives. • Drive revenue generation by acquiring new customers, implementing effective territory strategies, and go-to-market approaches. • Generate leads, contact decision-makers, evaluate potential business opportunities, and manage pitch logistics. • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. • Secure deals with maximum contracted value and profitability, exceeding threshold requirements. • Identify client needs and propose innovative and appropriate products/services. • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients. • Facilitate meetings between prospective clients and senior company members, fostering robust relationships across organizational levels. • Resolve complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner. • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams. • Contribute to sales meetings and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, engaging with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy. • Manage the proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources. • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals. • Maintain and enhance professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations. • Attend sales training sessions to confidently address product-related client inquiries. • Deliver exceptional client service. • Stay updated on competitor activity, products, and services. • Ensure accurate forecast and pipeline data entry, with no more than a 15% variance from actual figures. • Maintain pristine CRM/SOLID system data for assigned accounts, including monthly MRR, existing services, pending opportunities, and account status. • Identify and report client pain points, providing monthly reports on the same. • Provide monthly reports on lost/churned services or clients. • Escalate client issues to Senior Management when necessary. • Assist the Head of Sales with client relations and reporting. • Aid in organizing customer-focused events. • Conduct product and service presentations for external and internal clients. • Visit clients to meet key decision-makers, understand their requirements, and offer tailored solutions. • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements: • Proven work experience of 5 years as a business account manager in an ISP. • Hands-on experience with CRM software. • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and a track record of achieving sales quotas. • Successful B2B sales and negotiation experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication
