AutoXpress is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their online marketing team. This individual will be responsible for providing insights and analysis through various digital marketing channels, overseeing customer behavior outcomes, and driving revenue and scalability across multiple channels. Reporting to the Head of Retail Engagement, the Digital Marketing Analyst will collaborate with various teams to achieve business goals.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be accountable for various tasks, including providing recommendations for integrated campaigns based on previous success metrics, interpreting data, analyzing results, and delivering ongoing reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns. This individual will also complete analyses of online metrics across multiple channels, including websites, surveys, emails, and digital marketing. They will create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different sources and presenting it to various leaders throughout the company.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will collaborate on the paid search strategy and tactical plan to drive organic growth and eCommerce sales. They will execute the tactical plan, drive paid search CRO for purchase funnels and lead generation funnels, monitor paid search campaign expenses, perform competitive analysis, and work with the content and creative teams to create effective YouTube ad content. They will also work with the social media team to help drive impactful paid targets and audit campaigns and landing pages for CRO effectiveness and conversion opportunities.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will collaborate on the SEO strategy and tactical plan to drive organic growth and eCommerce sales. They will execute the tactical plan, perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization, ensure unique content per page, manage backlinks and keyword performance trends, audit content performance in SERPs, align with user journeys, trends, and competitor insights to produce actionable insights, and perform competitive analysis. They will provide SEO guidance to achieve website user and sales goals, work with the content team to drive impactful SEO in content creation and programming, and audit websites for SEO effectiveness and conversion opportunities.
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on trends and actionable insights, optimizing spend and performance based on insights, planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests, utilizing strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints, optimizing user funnels, identifying opportunities for new features and optimizations, and informing the team of upcoming algorithm changes and their impact on acquisition efforts. This individual will also measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals, collaborate with and supply data and insights to different teams on a regular basis, evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, and report regularly on activities, insights, and provide actionable input toward organizational goals.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field, 3+ years' experience leveraging earned, owned and paid media and/or working for an advertising agency, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with team and customers, a strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, and experience creating digital and marketing strategies. The candidate should also have recent Google Adwords certification, experience working with Google Analytics, SEM, and SEO, a deep understanding of Excel, and knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Ahrefs, GA, and Search Console.
