This job involves ensuring compliance with employee health and safety (EHS) laws and best practices across all markets and facilities of the Company to facilitate safe and sustainable growth. Key functions include developing and embedding EHS policies, processes, and procedures, tracking EHS KPIs, advising management on emerging risks, managing EHS investor compliance obligations, leading audits and inspections, coordinating employee-led health and safety committees, and conducting EHS training programs. Qualifications include a university or diploma degree in EHS management, security management, or risk management, recognized EHS certifications, at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills, and willingness to travel.
