The job incumbent is accountable for generating revenue within a designated sales territory or business portfolio by servicing and retaining existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
Provide personalized service to customers and potential customers by conducting face-to-face sales visits.
Establish a monthly customer call cycle.
Convert qualified leads into customers and foster the growth of existing accounts through retention and development strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating closely with relevant departments within DHL to address queries, problems, or issues.
Make informed decisions during customer negotiations regarding volume, discount levels, and additional service offerings, adhering to agreed-upon guidelines.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
Commercially astute with a solid understanding of the DHL Network.
Strong business acumen.
Proficient in building and managing partnerships.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Effective planning abilities.
