We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst and Collections Specialist who will oversee our company's financial operations and debt collection processes. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical abilities to interpret financial data and make well-informed decisions. Additionally, excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary to ensure the timely receipt of overdue payments. The primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data, generating comprehensive financial reports, monitoring payment plans, negotiating payment options, and, if required, initiating legal actions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and prepare various financial reports like balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
Monitor payment plans and promptly identify any deviations from the predetermined payment schedules.
Communicate with clients to reiterate outstanding dues and negotiate suitable payment options.
Utilize telephone and desktop investigations to locate individuals who have defaulted on payments.
Propose realistic and well-structured payment plans.
Negotiate modified payment plans based on specific circumstances.
Monitor repayments from defaulters to prevent recurring non-compliance.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation trail.
Initiate appropriate and timely legal action, if necessary.
Assist management in decision-making processes by preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis and collections.
Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes.
Exhibit ethical behavior in all professional dealings.
Show meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial analysis software.
Knowledge of legal provisions related to debt collection.
