Our marketing agency is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and create captivating and on-brand graphics for a diverse range of clients. The Graphic Designer's role is multifaceted and involves the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the visual aspects of various projects such as websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.
The successful candidate will have a creative flair, a strong ability to translate requirements into design, and the capacity to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience by producing graphics that capture their attention and communicate the intended message effectively.
Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include studying design briefs and determining requirements, conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas, developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using relevant software, working with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design, testing graphics across various media, and ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have proven graphic designing experience, a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics, familiarity with design software and technologies, a keen eye for aesthetics and details, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines. A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
