This job requires a candidate with Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in computer networking and network maintenance in a busy office. The candidate should possess verifiable skills in network maintenance, as well as office hardware maintenance and installation. Additionally, the candidate should have proven skills in end-user support and be a team player who can meet deadlines and multitask efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have desktop support experience and be able to troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity in a Windows/Apple & Active Directory environment. The candidate should also possess server support experience and have troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, and Microsoft Exchange plus Cloud.
Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, Micros, Materials Control, and Sun systems is preferred, and experience with SiteMinder will be an added advantage. Knowledge of online booking engines such as Agoda, Booking dot Com, and Expedia is also required.
A degree or diploma in Information Technology with Microsoft/Cisco certifications would be an added advantage.
