As a key member of our team, you will have various responsibilities aimed at fostering a professional and positive work environment. This includes developing and maintaining staff job descriptions, overseeing employee attendance, and managing the recruitment process. You will conduct orientation and training sessions, maintain personnel files, and update employee and policy manuals. Counselling management and staff on personnel matters, handling leaves and scheduling, and ensuring adequate staffing levels are also part of your role. Additionally, you will assist with employee benefit programs, compensation planning, and payroll administration. Generating reports, coordinating professional development programs, and effectively communicating personnel-related information to staff are essential duties. Occasionally, you may be required to secure temporary help and carry out other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
