We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our HR department. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee welfare, and maintaining vital employee records. You will lead recruitment efforts, handle employee onboarding, manage disputes and grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, you will oversee disciplinary cases, conduct exit interviews, and maintain accurate HR record management. Your role will also involve implementing performance improvement plans, coordinating HR audits, and driving internal HR transformation.
To succeed in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Studies, with at least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a management role. Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a practicing certificate are required. You should possess strong knowledge of labor laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to analyze training and development needs. Proficiency in enforcing policies and procedures, performance management systems, and computerized HR information systems is essential. Furthermore, you must have strong staff management skills, be adept at report writing, and demonstrate honesty, reliability, and problem-solving abilities.
