The position involves operating plant equipment to generate sufficient electrical power to meet demand. This requires the use of various software, tools, and devices to control and change equipment settings. In addition, the successful candidate will need to monitor plants and dams and coordinate stream flow to meet power demands. The technical team will provide assistance in this regard. The position is challenging and demanding and requires someone with experience in hydropower project operations.
To qualify for the position, applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power option) or a similar field.
