We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in the flour milling industry. The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Technician will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing machinery by performing maintenance and repairs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent issues.
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems through troubleshooting and repairs.
Operate and maintain various milling equipment, including roller mills.
Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential issues and carry out necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with team members to minimize disruptions to production schedules. Competencies:
Strong mechanical and electrical engineering background.
