The company is seeking a talented and goal-oriented Business Analyst to join its growing team.
The Business Analyst will work in coordination with the sales and programmatic team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies with the objective of driving business growth. The Marketing & Sales Analyst will plan, execute, and manage campaigns utilizing a variety of media including email, social media, display advertising, print, and video. The successful candidate will use product and data insights to create targeted customer acquisition and retention campaigns and conduct targeted market research to inform marketing strategy and tactical campaigns.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with product, sales, and other departments to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and supporting assets. He or she will establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing campaigns. The Marketing & Sales Analyst will lead and manage the creative development of marketing assets, including ad copy, imagery, video, and other digital assets. He or she will continuously optimize marketing plans and campaigns with real-time insights and data-driven decisions and communicate campaign updates and analytics to all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications. The Business Analyst should have strong analytical skills and a determined approach to solving different business problems. The candidate should have experience managing budgets and demonstrating return on investment, a motivated mindset to put hands-on complex business situations, and the ability to look for alternatives. The successful candidate should work well in a rapidly changing environment and embrace the evolution of the ecosystem. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent design skills, and experience in copywriting are essential, as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The Business Analyst should have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-management and be able to work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
This position requires the individual to work in an office setting. Some weekend work is required for trade shows or events. The individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and timelines.
