Our client, a fast-growing textile manufacturing company in Nairobi, is hiring an Operations Manager with an FMCG background. This role involves overseeing and coordinating the textile, furniture, and sewing departments to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the manufacturing sector, preferably in textiles, with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management systems. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing workflow, establishing performance metrics, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and providing leadership and guidance to the manufacturing teams. Collaboration with other departments is also required for seamless coordination and alignment of operations.
