The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in PR or a related field, at least 3 years of experience in PR and event management (preferably in a B2B technology company), and a proven track record of securing positive press coverage and executing successful events. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
