The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our range of products.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to propel company growth in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Conducting virtual or in-person meetings with clients to showcase and present our products.
Establishing new business relationships with corporate clients, NGOs, government institutions, and retail distribution networks.
Maintaining accurate records of sales performance and regularly reviewing monthly sales targets.
Negotiating contracts and packages to maximize profitability.
Collaborating with the marketing department to generate leads and promote our products.
Managing the sales team, including setting individual sales targets, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing training and motivation.
Enhancing the sales team's knowledge through counseling and product education.
Promoting our organization and products to potential customers.
Understanding our target customers and their needs in relation to our product offerings.
Participating in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings. Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the fast-moving consumer goods industry or similar sectors.
