Role Summary:
The Sales Beauty Advisor plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within their assigned store. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Experience:
• Establish connections with clients to understand their needs.
• Provide a luxury experience to clients by demonstrating brand-specific selling behavior, including product demonstrations.
• Educate and empower clients on the proper use of beauty products.
• Drive retail sales by engaging clients in skincare, makeup, and fragrance areas.
• Attract new customers and retain existing clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Update client records with contact details and treatment history.
Team Management:
• Mentor and coach the team on product knowledge, client service, and retail sales objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all brand requirements.
• Collaborate with the store team to brainstorm sales-driven animations.
• Participate in Lintons' out-door activations to drive sales to the stores.
• Collaborate with therapists to promote sales of spa services.
Product and Merchandising:
• Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments when appropriate.
• Promote various marketing activities as outlined by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and planograms.
• Monitor and report any product defects to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with brand representatives/managers on new product development and discontinuations.
• Maintain optimum stock levels by liaising with relevant departments.
Sales Performance:
• Demonstrate exceptional client-centric selling skills and a drive for results with integrity.
• Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure the assigned brands achieve their set targets.
• Actively participate in sales drives initiated by brands or the company and provide reports on their success or challenges.
• Ensure client recruitment to the company's CRM - Lintons Loyalty Club program.
Operations:
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas and ensure equipment sterilization before use.
• Adhere to company operations policies.
• Conduct random stock takes to ensure inventory control on counters and in the store.
• Actively prevent pilferage in the store.
Requirements:
• Must be a Ugandan National.
• Candidates with experience in both field sales and telesales are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should have 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Must have at least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field such as Sales or Marketing.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry would be an added advantage.
• Remuneration will be paid in Ugandan shillings and includes a gross salary of UGX 35,000 + Commissions + Staff welfare + Lunch.
