As a customer service representative in our shop, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and providing them with a positive shopping experience. This will involve engaging with customers, assisting them in choosing items, and taking their orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the shop till and collecting data on customers' buying habits.
You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the shop displays to ensure that the shop is always presentable to customers. You will work closely with the production team to coordinate placing orders based on the shop's needs. As we are in the tourism industry, you will also be responsible for handling tour drivers and coordinating with them.
Requirements:
In addition to the job responsibilities, there are several mandatory requirements for the job. You must be fluent in both English and Swahili to effectively communicate with customers. You must always wear formal attire while working, and based on the roster, you may be required to work some weekends and public holidays.
