Our client, the largest network of Outpatient Medical Centers in Kenya with 63 Centers across 37 counties in Kenya’s Urban and Rural Communities providing quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare, is seeking a Talent and Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end talent acquisition process, with experience in the healthcare sector being an added advantage.
The Talent and Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and innovative talent acquisition strategies, drafting and posting vacancy announcements, building talent pipelines, and sourcing potential candidates using multiple sources. They will also be responsible for analyzing hiring needs, recruitment metrics, and work plan forecasts, as well as negotiating offers with selected candidates within limits specified by policy. In addition, they will develop and implement the design of a comprehensive company onboarding program, coordinate the induction of new staff, and oversee the probation and confirmation processes.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, CHRP certification, and full membership of IHRM. They should also have familiarity with various sourcing and attraction strategies and assessment tools experience, solid experience in sourcing techniques, advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants, and experience in working with recruitment systems and technology such as ASAP and Bamboo HR. Additionally, they should have technical experience in Talent Management, workforce planning, and succession planning, and a proven track record of successfully making and negotiating employment offers. Strong analytical and Strategic thinking capability, ability to multi-task and coordinate processes in high-pressure environments, excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities, as well as a passion for and commitment to customer service excellence, are essential.
Monthly Gross salary:
The salary for this position is Ksh. 200 – 250,000/=, depending on experience and qualifications.
