Soames Hotel – Hotel in Nanyuki

Soames Hotel is a small, charming mid-range hotel just outside Nanyuki, set within a 100-acre property of open grassy fields and yellow fever trees with uninterrupted views of Mount Kenya. It is 7 km from Nanyuki town and 2 km from Nanyuki airstrip on the Nanyuki–Naro Moru highway.

The hotel has just 12 garden rooms in six separate cottages, taking up to 24 guests. Each room has a king-size bed that can be set up as twins, pure cotton linen, a four-poster mosquito net, an en-suite bathroom with hot shower, a tea and coffee station, fast Wi-Fi and DSTV, a mountain-facing work desk and a private terrace for sunrise views.

The restaurant and bar serve cocktails, wines and food all day, with al fresco dining, a cosy fireplace and a TV for sports.
