APA Insurance

APA Insurance is a Kenyan insurer and part of the Apollo Group, with its head office at Apollo Centre on Ring Road Parklands, Westlands, Nairobi. It also has branches in the city centre at ABSA Towers on Loita Street and in towns such as Thika and Meru.

The company offers motor insurance, including Bima Bamba, which lets motorists spread their premium payments, as well as private and commercial motor cover. Its health products include the Jamii Plus family health cover, stand-alone cover for children and international health cover, with a dedicated line for medical emergencies and admissions.

APA also sells Globetrotter travel insurance, education and life plans through APA Life, and NPS and KPS covers. Through the Apollo Balanced, Equity and Money Market Funds, customers can invest in shares listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange and in low-risk instruments.
