Cormorant Tours & Travel

Cormorant Tours & Travel is a small travel agency based in Gilgil, Nakuru County, with its office in the KK Building in Gilgil town. Founded in 2017, it plans budget and mid-range safaris and holidays for local and international travellers, under its motto of 'writing memoirs together'.

The agency designs tailor-made itineraries around Kenya's best-known destinations, including Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Samburu, Amboseli, Tsavo and the beaches of Diani, and it also arranges trips further afield, such as Tanzania safaris, gorilla trekking and tours of Egypt. Its packages cover honeymoons, sun-and-sand beach breaks, luxury rail getaways and volunteer tours that combine travel with community and conservation work.

Cormorant says it is a member of the Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO), the Kenya Association of Travel Agents (KATA), the Kenya Tourism Board and the Tourism Regulatory Authority.
