Gertrude's Utawala Medical Centre – Medical Centre in Utawala

Gertrude's Utawala Medical Centre is an outpatient centre of Gertrude's Children's Hospital, the Nairobi children's hospital founded in 1947. It is located along the Eastern Bypass in Utawala, serving families in Utawala, Ruai, Embakasi and nearby estates.

Services at the centre include paediatric accident and emergency care, paediatric outpatient consultations, a well-baby and vaccination clinic, international travel vaccines and paediatric specialist clinics. There are dental services for children and adults, as well as a laboratory and a pharmacy on site.

Children who need admission or more specialised care can be referred within the Gertrude's network, which includes the main hospital in Muthaiga and more than a dozen medical centres around Nairobi and beyond.
