Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC)

The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) is a state corporation that trains health professionals for Kenya and the region. Its headquarters and main Nairobi campus are off Ngong Road, opposite Kenyatta National Hospital, and it runs a large network of campuses across the counties.

KMTC offers certificate, diploma and higher diploma programmes in fields such as nursing, clinical medicine, medical laboratory sciences, pharmacy, radiography, nutrition, health records, community health, physiotherapy and orthopaedic technology. Graduates staff public and private hospitals and clinics throughout the country.

The college runs an online admission portal, staff and student portals, e-learning, certificate verification, a library catalogue and a digital repository. It has also rolled out an enterprise system to improve its operations.
