Description

Lewa House is a small, owner-run safari lodge in the very heart of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, north of Mount Kenya. Its central location gives guests unique access to all corners of this world-renowned conservation area, which is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Lewa is known for its successful protection of black and white rhinos and Grevy's zebra, along with elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs and rich birdlife. Days at Lewa House are built around wild experiences in a wild landscape, from game drives and bush walks to visits to the conservancy's conservation and community projects.

As an owner-run lodge, Lewa House offers a personal style of hosting. It shares news about the wildlife, nature and communities around the lodge through a quarterly newsletter.

The lodge is operated by Lewa House Pimbi Ltd, with a postal address in Isiolo, and bookings, rates and reservations are handled with its partner Bush and Beyond. Contact details and enquiries are on the Lewa House website.
