Nyasemi Self Help Group is a community-based organization located in Kisii County, Kenya. Our primary purpose is to create sustainable agribusiness opportunities for our members while promoting the use of renewable resources. We believe that by harnessing the potential of agriculture and renewable energy, we can improve the livelihoods of our members, boost food security, and contribute to the overall development of our community. To achieve this goal, we have implemented various initiatives, including training programs on modern farming techniques, access to credit facilities, and the establishment of communal farms for collective production. We are also exploring innovative ways of utilizing renewable energy sources such as solar power to reduce the cost of production and improve the efficiency of our operations. Through our efforts, we hope to create a model for sustainable agribusiness that can be replicated in other communities, leading to a better future for all.
