Rocky Driving School's Oloo Street branch serves learners in central Eldoret. Rocky started with one Nairobi centre in 1994 and has trained Kenyan drivers for more than 30 years, using an NTSA-aligned curriculum and reporting a 98% learner pass rate.

Course fees listed for this branch are KES 17,000 for Class B manual or automatic, KES 11,000 for a Class A light motorcycle, KES 12,000 for matatu PSV, KES 18,000 for a Class C light truck and KES 29,000 for Class CE heavy trucks and trailers. Fees can be paid by M-PESA, with the receipt issued as soon as payment is confirmed.
