Temple Point Resort – Beach Resort in Watamu

Temple Point Resort is a boutique beachfront hotel on Marine Park Road in Watamu, marketed as a safari and beach boutique resort that sits between the Indian Ocean and Kenya's wild safari landscapes.

Rooms come in three categories, Cozy, Boutique and Deluxe, each designed around fresh air, natural light and comfort, with published rates starting from about US$144 a night for Cozy rooms. The grounds hold several Kenyan-themed houses among greenery, with swimming pools and a private stretch of beach.

There is plenty to do on site. LichtHaus is the resort's bar for food and sundowners, the spa and gym cover wellness, and the Musafir Dhow takes guests out on the water. Snorkelling trips, weddings and events are arranged by the team, and a concierge can plan safaris.
