Description
Kenya Highlands University is a private Christian university in Kericho, at the heart of Kenya's tea country. Its educational heritage goes back to 1932, when missionaries of World Gospel Mission started a Bible school in the area, and over the decades it grew into a college and then a chartered university serving students from across the region.
The university is organised into schools of health sciences, education and social sciences, computing, business and a seminary, offering certificates, diplomas and degree programmes. It also runs open and distance learning for working students who cannot attend full-time. The campus has teaching blocks, a library and hostels in a quiet green setting, and the university places strong emphasis on Christian values and service.
Applications are handled by the admissions office, with several intakes a year. See programmes, fees and how to apply on the Kenya Highlands University website.
